Abstract

The effort to eradicated deviation behaviour of the work and finance would be ineffective if the focus process only done by the represif action. Meanwhile the internal persuasif and used the court process in purposed as detterent effect would be not much effected and or deffused the deviation behaviour. Preventive actions should be used as the effective ways to prevent behaviours which derived deviation in the works and finance. Analysis through the stimulus behaviours need to be examined to knew whether the behaviours become the most affected to the deviations works and finance and or they are partially effected. In this research the variables used are educational background, family environmental, social relatedness and life style. Population are the employees of Finance & Accounting, PT. Meratus Line Surabaya. While determination of sample conducted with (convinience sampling). Sample of 135employees can be obtained. Instrument of questionnaire is used to collect data. Analysis of regression is used in this research to prove the hypotheses. Result of research indicate that the variables: educational, families environmental, social relatedness and life style have positive effect to the deviation of works and finance in simultan and partial effect. Families enviromental has the determined effect to the behaviour deviation of works while the eduactional determined effected to the behaviour deviation of finance.
