Abstract
ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN ANTARA COACHING DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI KARYAWAN PT UBS SURABAYA Oleh : Devi Sulistia DosenPembimbing : BayuAirlangga , SE., MM SkripsiiniberjudulHubunganAntaraCoachingdenganKepemimpinanTransformasionalDenganKomitmenOrganisasiKaryawan PT UBS Surabaya.Masalahpenelitian :apakahterdapathubunganantaracoachingdankepemimpinantransformasionaldengankomitmenorganisasi. TujuanPenelitianiniadalahuntukmengetahuihubungan coaching dankepemimpinantransformasionaldengandengankomitmenorganisasikaryawan PT UBS Surabaya. Penelitianinidilakukanpadakaryawanmagang/kontrak di PT UBS Surabaya.Yang dilakukandenganmerumuskanhipotesisuntukmenjawabmasalah yang dirumuskandalampernyataan.Sampel yang digunakan 55 responden.Jenis data yang diperlukan (Kuantitatif), MetodePengambilan Data (Primer).Teknikpengumpulandata (ObservasidanKuesioner). Metodepengambilansampelmenggunakantekniksensus. Uji instrument penelitianmenggunakanujivaliditas, ujireliabilitas, dankorelasi rank spearman dilakukandenganmenggunakan program SPSS 18,0denganmenghasilkantingkathubungan coaching (X1) dengankomitmenorganisasi (Y) sebesar 0,638 dengantingkatsignifikasi 0,000. Sedangkanuntukhubungankepemimpinantransformasional (X2) dengankomitmenorganisasi (Y) menghasilkantingkathubungansebesar 0,554 dengantingkatsignifikasi 0,000. Berdasarkanpengujianhipotesis yang dilakukandapatdiketahuibahwa coaching memilikihubungan yang kuatdengankomitmenorganisasisebesarnilai t hitung 6,031 dengannilai t tabel 2,00575. The research problem: whether there is a relationship between coaching and transformational leadership and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship coaching and transformational leadership and organizational commitment of employees of PT UBS Surabaya. This research was carried out on an intern / contract at PT UBS Surabaya. That is done by formulating a hypothesis to address the problems outlined in the statement. The sample used 55 respondents. The type of data required (Quantitative), Method of Data Collection (Primer). Data collection techniques (Observation and Questionnaire). The sampling method using census techniques. Test research instrument using validity, reliability test and Spearman rank correlation performed using SPSS 18.0 to produce the level of coaching relationship (X1) and organizational commitment (Y) of 0.638 with a significance level of 0.000. As for the relationship of transformational leadership (X2) and organizational commitment (Y) to produce the degree of correlation of 0.554 with a significance level of 0.000. Based on the hypothesis that we can know that coaching had a strong relationship with the organization's commitment t value of 6.031 with t table value 2.00575.
