Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH SISTEM REWARD, WORK ENVIRONMENT DAN EMPOWERMENT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR MELALUI EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PADA UNIT UTILITAS BATU BARA PT. PETROKIMIA GRESIK Oleh: Ben Manggar Imawan Dosen Pembimbing: I Gede Arimbawa SE,.MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan eksplorasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Utilitas Batu Bara PT.Petrokimia Gresik yang akhir – akhir ini muncul isu mengenai kinerja karyawan yang terkesan menurun, untuk di perlukan adanya pengujian untuk membuktikan apakah benar kinerja karyawan tersebut menurun. Eksplorasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisisnya menggunakan Path Analysis. Dengan melakukan menyebarkan sejumlah kusioner kepada 40 karyawan yang bekerja di Unit Utilitas Batu Bara, untuk mengetahui hasil analisis yang di perlukan sejumlah uji seperti Uji Validitas menyatakan Valid, karena nilai korelasinya dari tiap item pertanyaan lebih besar dari nilai kritisnya dan untuk Uji Reliabilitasnya mencapai angka cronbach alpha 0,892 dan berada diatas 0,60, maka dinyatakan reliabel dan dapat dipercaya. Dengan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, terlihat kontribusi variabel Sistem Reward, Work Environment dan Empowerment berpengaruh terhadap variabel Employee Engangement dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagi faktor ukur kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Path Analysis, Kinerja Karyawan, Kuantitatif, Pengaruh , Valid , Reliabel ABSTRACT EFFECT OF SYSTEM REWARD, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EMPOWERMENT TO ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR THROUGHT TO EMPLOYEE ENGANGEMENT IN UNIT UTILITAS BATU BARA PT. Petrokimia Gresik with lately had emerging issued regarding employee performance that have weakness to see, therefore need test to prove whether the employee’s performance decreases. Exploration on employee performance is done by using quantitative research methods, with analysis techniques using Path Analysis, by doing deploy several of questionnaires to 40 employees who working in Unit Utilitas Batubara, to have know the results of the analysis required some test such as Validity Test and states Valid, because the correlation of each item in question is greater than the critical value and to Reliability Test reach Cronbach alpha number 0,892 and above 0,60 then declared reliable and trust worthy.
