Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN PELATIHAN, SELF EFFICACY DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN KREDIT PT.BANK JATIM SURABAYA Satrio Willy Argo Kusumo Kinerja karyawan adalah kesuksesan seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas, hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing di PT.Bank Jatim Surabaya. Hasil evaluasi kinerja unit mikro di tahun 2014-2016 menunjukan bahwa pencapaian realisasi pencairan belum seluruhnya mencapai target yang telah di tetapkan pencapaian kinerja kredit bank jatim area Surabaya dilihat dari data realisai, pencairan per bulan masih belum stabil dan fluktuatif yang cenderung menurun kondisi tersebut disebabkan oleh perbedaan persepsi para personil kredit mikro di unit terhadap budaya organisasi bank jatim mikro dan konvensional yang pada dasarnya tinggal dalam satu kantor. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan: 1). Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antar pelatihan terhadap karyawan bagian kredit PT.Bank Jatim Surabaya dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.2). Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antar self efficacy terhadap karyawan bagian kredit PT.Bank Jatim Surabaya dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah, karyawan akan tetap berupaya mengerjakan tugas yang sulit dengan tetap tenang dan tidak cemas, perilaku tersebut mempunyai dampak positif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. 3).Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antar lingkungan kerja terhadap karyawan bagian kredit PT.Bank Jatim Surabaya dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah, masih mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. The results of the performance evaluation of micro units in the year 2014-2016 show that achievement of actual disbursement has not fully reached the target that has been set achievement bank credit performance Surabaya East Java area seen from the data realisai, disbursement per month is still unstable and fluctuating downward trend in these conditions are caused by differences in the perception of micro-credit personnel in units of organizational culture jatim micro and conventional banks which are basically staying in one office. Based on the results of research that has been done: 1). A positive and significant relationship between the training of the employees of the credit PT.Bank Surabaya East Java with a medium level of relationship can improve performance karyawan.2). A positive and significant relationship between self efficacy against an employee of the credit department PT.Bank Surabaya East Java with a low level of relationship, the employee will still attempt a task that is difficult to remain calm and not to worry, that behavior has a positive impact can improve employee performance. 3) .Hubungan positive and significant between the working environment of the employees of the credit PT.Bank Surabaya East Java with a low level of relationship, was still able to improve employee performance.
