Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Aksesibilitas, Nilai Pelanggan, dan Fasilitas dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya Oleh: Zulfa Firdha Roslani Dosen Pembimbing: Reswanda T. Ade., S.E., M.M., Dr. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh aksesibilitas, nilai pelanggan, dan fasilitas dengan kepuasan pelanggan pada Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya. Pengaruh terhadap aksesibilitas, nilai pelanggan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi, menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya berjumlah 31 orang. Data dianalisis dengan rumus korelasi product moment. Sebelumnya data dianalisis perlu diadakan pengujian persyaratan análisis data yaitu uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. uji validitas dihitung dengan menghitung korelasi antar skor tiap butir pernyataan dengan total skor atau disebut uji Korelasi Pearson (Pearson Correlation) dengan tingkat toleransi kesalahan sebesar 0,05. Realibilitas diukur dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Variabel dikatakan reliable jika setiap pertanyaan memberikan nilai Cronbach Alpha > 0,60 (Ghozali, 2009:46). Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah hubungan antara aksesibilitas dengan kepuasan pelanggan r = 0.370 dan p = 0.041. hubungan antara nilai pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan r = 0.817 dan p = 0.000. hubungan antara fasilitas dengan kepuasan pelanggan r = 0.838 dan p = 0.000 Kata kunci: Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya, Aksesibilitas, Nilai Pelanggan, Fasilitas, Kepuasan Pelanggan. viii ABSTRACT Influence of Accessibility, Customer Value and Customer Satisfaction Facility with Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya By: Zulfa Firdha Roslani Advisor Lecturer: Reswanda T. Ade., S.E., M.M., Dr. This research aims to determine the effect of accessibility, customer value, and customer satisfaction at the facility with Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya. Effect on accessibility, customer value is done by using quantitative research methods. This research is a correlation study, using survey methods with technical tests and measurements of the population in this study is that consumers Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya numbered 31 people. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation formula. Previous data is analyzed there should be testing of the data analysis requirements that test the validity and reliability test. validity test is calculated by calculating the correlation between the score of each item statement with a total score or so-called test of Pearson (Pearson Correlation) with an error tolerance level of 0.05. Reliability was measured using Cronbach Alpha. The variable is said to be reliable if each question provide Cronbach Alpha values> 0.60 (Ghozali, 2009: 46). The results obtained are the relationship between accessibility and customer satisfaction r = 0370 and p = 0.041. the relationship between customer value and customer satisfaction r = 0817 and p = 0.000. the relationship between the facility and customer satisfaction r = 0838 and p = 0.000 Keywords: Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya, accessibility, customer value, amenities, Customer Satisfaction.
