ABSTRAK Divisi Purchasing / Pembelian adalah salah satu bagian vital dalam sebuah perusahaan guna membantu kelancaran proses produksi. System Pembelian khususnya di PT. Weltes Energi Nusantara masih menggunakan system yang manual. Pihak Pembelian masih mencatat secara manual apa yang diminta oleh Supervisor dan dilanjutkan pemesanan ke supplier, dengan adanya system yang seperti ini tingkat efektifitas pekerjaan sangat rendah dan kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan juga sangat tinggi. Maka dari itu untuk mengurangi perihal tersebut perlu adanya suatu sistem yang mengelola mulai dari pemesanan material sampai dengan pendistribusian ke bagian produksi. Rancang bangun sistem informasi pembelian bahan baku ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kesalahan saat terjadi pembelian bahan baku dan memberikan informasi material pesanan secara cepat dan tepat kepada spv pemesan. Maka di rancanglah sistem informasi pembelian bahan baku dengan mengadopsi alur kerja yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Adapun bahasa pempograman dan database yang digunakan adalah PHP dan ORACLE. Dengan adanya system web ini nantinya akan memberikan laporan secara realtime untuk pimpinan perusahaan. ABSTRACT Purchasing Division is a vital part of a company in order to help smooth the process of production. System Purchase particularly in PT. Weltes Energi Nusantara still using a manual system. Purchasing division still recorded manually what is requested by the SPV and continued ordering to the supplier, with the system like this very low level of effectiveness of the work and the possibility of errors is also very high. Therefore, to reduce the matter needs to be a system that manages material from ordering through to distribution to production. Design of the information system of raw material purchase is intended to reduce errors during a purchase of raw materials and provide information material orders quickly and accurately to SPV. Then design the information system of purchasing raw materials by adopting existing workflow. As for the programming language and database used is PHP and ORACLE.
