Abstract
Ease in conducting business in some country becomes essential factor for the economic growth of some country including Indonesia. This condition encourages the state to implementing a programe called Ease of Doing Business. This program requires authentic deed publishes by notary public in which this deed will be used as authentic evidence which holds legal position in related to the establishment of legal venture. Furthermore, the development of ease in conducting business is supported by the role of notary public who is appointed by the state as party who eligible in publishing authentic deed. The present research aims to elaborate further about legal position of notary public as public official in manifesting the ease in conducting business and legal function of notarial deed related to this program. The method used in the present study is a normative legal research, namely legal research which is conducted by examining the library materials or secondary law while in finding and collecting the data is done by two approaches, namely the law and conceptual approaches. The present study concludes that ease in conducting business that is promoted by the Indonesian government aims to develop stable economic growth. It can be seen from the determination of notary public fare in publishing authentic deed for the establishment of legal venture for micro, small and medium enterprises. Furthermore, in supporting this program, notary public holds essential role related to issuance of authentic deed for micro, small and medium enterprises.
