Abstract
Abstract This research aimed to explore the influence simultaneously and partially the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover of the return on assets in the retail industry. The research was conducted at retail companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. This research population by 22 retail companies and research used a sample of 10 companies. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique in this reseach using a non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression. The test results of analysis showed that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turnover simultaneously significant effect on return on assets. While the current ratio test results partially no significant effect on return on assets. The test results for the analysis of debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover is partially significant effect on the return on assets. In this study, using the significant value of less than 0.05%. Keywords: idx, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets
