Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Multiguna International Persada, Surabaya, East Java with the aim of analyzing the direct or indirect effect of perceived organization support, organization communication and job satisfaction variables on employee loyalty. The population of this study were employees of PT. Multiguna International Persada with a total of 48 people. The sampling technique used was the total sample technique. Questionnaires are used as a data collection technique and for data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational support and organizational communication directly and indirectly affect employee loyalty, and job satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of organizational support and organizational communication on employee performance.
